Prestele IT Joins Forces with App3null to Offer Custom Android and iOS Mobile Applications

Prestele IT broadens its product portfolio by adding mobile application development to its range of digital business solutions. The recent acquisition of App3null successfully took place in March 2022

Prestele IT was founded in 2009 by Philipp Prestele in Munich, Germany. With an ambitious dream to provide businesses with IT and software solutions to operate digitally and efficiently. The company has since grown from strength to strength, and now operates with a global team located in Germany, United Arab Emirates, India, and Poland.  

As the business world drastically evolved through the Covid-19 pandemic, many businesses were forced to rethink how they operate, and how they can work remotely. Additionally, how they can sell and offer their products and services online. It was at the very moment Philipp Prestele recognized his vision was closer than he had imagined, and it’s now the right time to strengthen his bow, so he began his search for companies on the market who could help him achieve this goal. That’s when he discovered the App3null, a strong technical team, of Android and iOS developers, designers, and marketing specialists with offices in Berlin and Georgia.  

App3null launched in 2013 by Davit Svanidze in Berlin, Germany. Back then he started the business on his own, led by the trend of the arising mobile age. He was on the right track too, just like Philipp Prestele. The demand of mobile applications was steadily increasing, and Davit could soon grow his team and execute several projects. After all the years of hard work, App3null is proud to have accomplished more than 80 projects, dozens of successful customer relationships and 5 million app downloads.  

It’s a perfect match: two German guys with a vision of starting their own business back in the day; team up and join forces of their two tech companies, focussing on the business digital transformation.

Currently, Prestele IT have global operations in Germany, United Arab Emirates, India, Poland and now adding Georgia to its global footprint. 

The primary focus will remain on the development of SAP Business One ERP business applications and add-ons.

The two teams; the SAP Business One software development team and the mobile application development team at App3null; will be combining each other’s strengths to creates valuable synergies for customer solutions. By combining both business activities, the overall expected increased performance and efficiency will boost revenue and turnover of Prestele IT.
